For over 30 years, we have been a trusted part of the Mackay community, caring for every child as a valued and cherished member of our community.
As a long-standing part of the local community, we deeply value the relationships we have formed across generations. Many of our families return with younger siblings, and in some cases, former Hot Tots children return years later with their own children. A true testament to the trust placed in our team and the nurturing environment we provide.
Many of our Educators have been part of Hot Tots for 5, 10 and even 20 years.
Our strong leadership team play an integral role in maintaining the high standards we are known for. Guided by our experienced Nominated Supervisor, Assistant Service Manager and Educational Leader, our Educators are supported through ongoing mentoring, professional guidance and reflective practice. This collaborative leadership approach ensures consistency, accountability and continuous improvement. It also strengthens outcomes for children and provides confidence and reassurance for families.
